Valerie Lebron - Partner/ Business Director
Meet Valerie Lebron, an experienced engineer with a thorough background in engineering and project management. As the Partner and Business Director of BlueCrewCo, Valerie works tirelessly to ensure BlueCrew’s vision, mission and overall direction of the company is adequately implemented. Recently after graduating from College, Valerie dedicated her career in the Nuclear Industry, an industry very complex which instilled in her a strong commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail, qualities that she effectively brings to every part of the company. Valerie holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, is a Certified Pool operator (CPO) and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of South Carolina. With her combination of education, experience, and licensure, Valerie is well-furnished to continue to build this company up while ensuring quality and effective growth is maintained.

Carlos J. Hernandez - Partner/ Operations Director
Meet Carlos J. Hernandez, an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction and project management. As the Partner and Project Director of BlueCrewCo, Carlos plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of pool construction projects. With 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, including the nuclear Industry, Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Carlos has also garnered valuable experience in the Nuclear Industry. He spent significant time working at Plant Vogtle in Georgia, where he gained firsthand experience in managing large-scale construction projects under stringent safety regulations. Carlos holds a degree in Civil Engineering, is a licensed Engineer in both Georgia and South Carolina, and is a licensed General Contractor in South Carolina. With his combination of education, experience, and licensure, Carlos is well- quipped to deliver exceptional results in the field of construction and construction management.
